This month has been an exciting one. I joined my first dietbet on Jan 1, 2015 to loose 4% of my body weight. I thought that this would be a good way to start and was pretty sure that if I put my mind to it, I could do this. It kept me on track, motivated and inspired the whole month. I really needed something like this to keep it real. The money part helped out with the inspiration but I think loosing weight as a group with support was the key for me. I was excited that I met my first goal of 4% by .1 lb. I came very close, but I did it. This got me very excited and made me want to continue. Some of my friends that had been in the first dietbet with me discussed getting into another dietbet and we chose Blogilates Hot Body Challenge. This particular dietbet has me really stoked. The host Cassey, makes calendars of different exercises to do along with an aray of different things to keep you on track and motivated. I am doing all of this along with weight watchers and have lost a total of 10lbs since the beginning of January. I feel GOOD and am excited to loose another 4% of my body weight. I am hoping to be at my goal weight by June and be in the best shape that I have been in 10 years.
