During the past month I have done a series of steps to help me lose the 10 pounds that I needed to lose to reach my goal. My first step was to run/jog 4 times a week for 2 miles and bike 6 miles during my workouts. I was lifting weights before but I put that off until I lost the weight I needed. I also started a normal eating schedule and made sure I have all of the correct foods each day for weight loss. After one week I already lost 2 pounds and knew I was on the right track. My final step was to stop spending money on food other than at the grocery store. Over the past month I have gone out to eat just once which was to subway. I not only was able to save money but I was not eating the junk that I used to at fast food restaurants. I can't wait to continue my good habits and get ready for my wedding in August!
