How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I don't think I'm going to make this round's goal which is frustrating cause I am making progress! I started a more intense workout and I'm losing inches but gaining muscle so the scale is staying the same.

Same here. Been lifting weights and I'm seeing a difference in my body but not much on the scale yet. Hoping I can lose just these last few pounds to win that $$ back.

Yes I was doing more body weight exercise before but as l adding the weights has really slowed down the weight loss but I know it's speeding up my progress.
