For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I have definitely been more aware of portion size and working out more! Although, I lost quickly at the beginning and now have kind of leveled out. Going to have to put in the extra work to get to my goal and continue to be disciplined with turning down/eating in moderation sweets. How’s everyone else doing?
