  • We worked SO hard this month. I know not everyone makes it to their ultimate goal, but we all made changes to live a healthier life. It's easy to feel defeated, but please know that you have made progress! Don't give up!

This is the first time I managed to stick to something for longer than a few weeks amd also the first time I have gotten back on the wagon after falling off. Doing it with dietbet really helps one think long term
