How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Nope. Missed it by nearly 3 lbs. So frustrating. I've been the same exact weight for 4 days. Stayed on plan- though probably didn't drink enough water - and I'm super bloated. Sigh.

For sure. It's all good. I definitely have this pattern when it comes to weight loss. I'll drop a lot quickly in the beginning, stay the same for what feels like forever and then drop a chunk again. The big thing for me is to not put it right back on and doing it slowly and without depriving myself is probably the right way to do it.

I did it! I weighed in .4 lbs more when I used my phone to take the pic...that was scary, I would have missed my goal if I would have weighed any more than that eeeek!

I submitted my weigh in today thinking I could submit again. I am .3 pounds away from my goal, which I think I can reach by tomorrow. Can I resubmit tomorrow?
