Super Bowl Sunday and visiting my daughter almost took me out!!! Amazing how foods can change your body so quickly. Still learning about my new lifestyle but thankful that I didn't squander all of my hardwork and came in on target..great game everyone!

Me too! Luckily even with water retention from overdoing it yesterday with salty food, I still weighed in under my goal weight. Phew!
