I'm down 8 pounds doing keto over the past month, but my progress is slowing down some because I have begun baking with erythritol and monk fruit sweetener. True fact: sugar free brownies and cheesecake still have calories lol. My plan is to portion them out and put them in the freezer for emergencies :)
