CONGRATULATIONS GUYS! I can't believe it's already over! So many of you have completely crushed it! I've loved all the personal emails, messages, and conversations I've had with so many of you and the incredible commitment you've had to move forward in your health.

If you reached your goal, congratulations! Amazing work! Now's the perfect time to keep that moment going. Use the next few weeks to really solidify healthy habits to lock this lifestyle into place.

If you didn't reach your goal, I have a more important message. Don't be disheartened. This is not a failure. It's a step toward your goal. The arbitrary 4% means so much less than the fact that you took steps to be a healthier, happier you. If you had trouble sticking to your goals, start every morning fresh and push forward. If you felt like you implemented changes that the scale ignored, know this. The scale sometimes sucks. Take photos. Watch how your clothes fit. Be patient with your body. Do your research. Try different nutritional strategies. If you're committed to leading a healthier life, results will follow. The only failure is refusing to keep trying.

I'm so honored to have been a part of your journey, even if only for a moment. Keep pushing. Keep grinding. Keep trying. Life is a long, exciting adventure.
