How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hmmm you guys, help! I sent my weigh in on Tuesday. It was received. I got an email saying it was received. Never got a follow up email to say it was approved. I more than reached my goal, and this morning I got te “thanks for playing” email saying I didn’t reach my goal! What the heck!!? Who do I contact?

They told me I submitted it as a progress and not a final and I'm basically SOL. I won't be doing another one, that's BS. If I took photos, it should count.

Oh no ladies! Sorry that happened. The membership progress weigh-ins can be confusing. Congrats on your weight loss & I wish you the best going forward!
