How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on May 1 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

I'm worried about the weigh in. Hoping I don't swell up and retain too much water. I had to start steroid therapy for the week to stop some allergic reaction I was having. My arms were so itchy with a rash and little hives. I tried to get by with just antihistamines, but they weren't working so I either had to be miserable until Tuesday weigh in, or take the steroid dose pack and hope it doesn't make me gain anything. *sigh*

Tips to shedding those last pounds before weigh-in day!
1. Ramp up that cardio these last few days.
2. Make sure you are logging EVERYTHING in your calorie tracker app
3. Avoid salty meals prior to weigh in and reduce sodium to avoid unnecessary water retention
4. Drink plenty of water to help your body continue to flush out toxins, boost your metabolism and to also help with unnecessary water retention
5. Be proud of yourself no matter how much you lose. Healthy living is about PROGRESS not PERFECTION. You can still be a success even if you don’t reach a specific goal because you made progress. :)

In the meantime, stay focused. Don’t give in to Friday night and weekend food/drink cheats. AND, make a plan for what is next to prevent rebounding. Can’t wait to see how everyone does!!

I’m sorry! Yes, we created a Facebook support group which is super active.
