How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

This is frustrating! First time ever I have gained weight in a round and weigh more than the last weigh-in! I’ve only lost 2 lbs since initial weigh-in! I just cannot get past this particular weight! Now I have to lose even more this next round! I feel like I’m banging my head on the wall!

Yeah - I find that I am eating whatever I want after a successful weigh-in and then starving myself the last week to try and hit the goal - something I won’t be able to do this round so maybe it’s a good thing - get back on track and stay on track evenly the whole month! I have just started a vegetarian diet and began doing Tai Chi - I’m not giving up but it’s discouraging....

I’m sorry you’re feeling discouraged right now! This is tuff stuff, but please don’t starve yourself anymore?!?
