For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I have been really putting myself out there and working out 7 days a week doing strength training as well as following a lazy keto woe. I joined a DB4 that had a goal below that of the final goal for this DB10.... and I made it!!! I was hoping the extra need for the weight loss would get me to do it and it did - yay!!

I have been using Gymaholic for my app on my phone and Apple Watch. It’s AMAZING how much easier workouts are now. I even treated myself tonight since I met my goal weight - I did a double workout! Feels so amazing doing 6-7 hours of ST a week. My back pain is diminishing more and more every day.
