For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Just wanted to post - I AM SO FRUSTRATED! - yes I 'won' this month a few days ago, but now I am up like 3 pounds and I need to now lose 6 pounds in 3 weeks! GGGRRRRR.. I hate salt! It has to be the salt. I am not eating too much.... no bread or potatoes - eating salad, meat, spinach, eggs, etc...very low carb.... gggrrrr... but if it's salt it will drop (whoosh) back off in a day or two... I will start loading up on plain water to help with the whoosh....POST ANY IDEAS on quickly getting back down! THANK YOU!

Eat clean, cut the salt, drink at least half your body weight in ounces, and do cardio. This usually reduces bloat/sodium induced water weight.
