How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone do a goal & reward chart like this?

If you don't, consider making one! It's a fantastic way to keep you motivated during this long weight loss journey.

What kinds of things would you or do you keep on your goal & reward chart? Share ideas with us!

I don't have a chart like that. But when I reach my long term goal I'm treating myself to my first overseas trip.

Brandon B.

I don't use a chart like that either but I think it's a good idea. Finding ways to motivate and reward your progress can revitalize your mind and keep you engaged.
