For the past two months I've been struggling to lose weight, I have not gained but neither have I lost. I lost last dietbet and now this one too. I will take this coming dietbet and rest/work on myself and hopefully be refreshed by next one. I don't even know what I'm doing wrong, I know I have not been walking as much because of both my hips pain but still. Just little disappointed that i have not even lost 1 pound. 😞

Water, water & more water! You will be beyond shocked of the difference drinking more water can make. I didn't used to drink as much as I should and had the same problem as you then I upped my water intake & the weight started falling off! Good luck!

Yup I have not drink as much water, might need to start doing it I used to drink 9-10 bottles and this past weeks I've been doing 5-6. Still walk when pain is not that bad, I'll get about 6-7,000 steps daily instead of 12,000.
