How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- Today is a special day for me. There were days I doubted it would ever come. Today I have officially lost 150+ pounds and my health and wellness charm bracelet has been filled! It has been quite a journey to get here and my journey will continue as I am not quite at my goal. I’m still trying to decide how to best celebrate this next phase of my journey as awarding myself with a charm for every 10 pounds lost has been very motivating and now I have a beautiful beach-themed bracelet to wear next spring on our family vacation to Florida. Another bracelet would be nice but thankfully I don’t have another 150 pounds to lose to fill it up. 😊
My 15th charm is a sand dollar. The sand dollar is my way of reflecting on my thankfulness to Jesus for not only being my Lord and Savior but for being my companion and encourager throughout this journey. In case you aren’t familiar with the Legend of the Sand Dollar, here it is:
