For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I blew my first Dietbet. :( I lost 90% of my 4% goal the first two weeks. I had less than 2 lbs to lose the remainder of the month. I went on a road trip to Texas. Ate evil, delicious, sugary snacks the whole time. Cheeseburgers, tacos and BBQ! OH MY! I don't know why my mind tells me "It's ok, you're on vacation!"

I joined two more Dietbets today. I will redeem myself and eventually learn not to over-splurge when I'm on vacation!

Way to stay positive! You can do this! Don’t lose the things you love, but maybe learn portion control?

I barely made my goal for a similar reason..big concert with 4 people I love three nights before the final weigh in but I just kept telling myself if I didn’t make it that night was totally worth it. I bet your vaca was worth it and you’ll do great on your other dietbet. :)
