Hello, sorry this is nothing to do with this dietbet but I'm not sure where else to ask, could someone please explain how the transformer 6 month diet bets work, does £25 get taken out of your account every month? Do you have to do every month of the 6 months or could you say miss one if you was on holiday? Any info about how it works would be great thanks!

The weight targets for each month are set at the beginning. You can miss one, but you'll have to make the correct weight for the following month. You have to lose set percentages each month, off the top of my head, of initial weight, it goes 3%, 3%, 2, 1, 1, maintain for month six. By month five you must have lost 6% of your starting weight or you are disqualified (winnings are weighted towards month 6).
