I’m going to be honest with you guys, this past week has been rough on me I did horrible this weekend I started working two jobs so I couldn’t work out. I feel like the weight I lost I gained back. I’m feeling discouraged right now. But today I did push myself to workout it’s just hard right now especially with the food. But I know I gotta keep pushing because this is just the beginning

I did the same thing Elizabeth. I ate well last week and then I was on an extended weekend trip where I succumbed to temptation, not completely, but definitely indulged periodically between food and alcohol. BUT, it’s day 2 back on diet and I have already lost the weight I gained so I’m happy and encouraged to keep at it. Sometimes a little shock to the system can be good as long as we don’t spiral out of control. :)

In the beginning of this diet bet I had stuffed my face with more than a basket of oil fried French fries and chicken tenders with commercial ketchup full of high fructose corn syrup. I came to this group and saw Cristina’s message about preparing for the weekend (which was too late because I failed) but now when I want to cheat like that I come to this group. I’ve been able to say no to most of those threats because of the support from this group and I’m saying that stubborn weight drop off. Use us and know that everyday you are trying, even if you cheat that you are succeeding because like what was said previously, you are training your mind and you can’t fail at that when you have a lifetime of experiences to overwrite!
