  • Here is my submission for the second challenge! Pictured is a DELICIOUS summer salad perfectly balanced for my macros. It contains romaine lettuce, tuna, apple, mandarin oranges, some slivered almonds and a tablespoon of your choice of dressing (I chose a low fat poppyseed 😋)! If anyone wants the recipe just let me know!
