How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Still getting used to working days M-F and graveyard S&S.plus kids and school,plus they had a gang shooting during the high school football game Friday at my kids school, that’s stressful for everyone, we left early, so we weren’t there, and trying to go to the gym, get in a bike ride once in awhile, and get my nutrition on point. So far I’ve been doing well, tired a lot, but the scale started moving in the right direction ( knock on wood ). if I keep at it , I think I might actually catch up and make round 3 goal.
I bought some weights and resistance bands to keep in my car, and I’ve been lifting on my breaks at my security job, it also keeps me awake on these graveyard shifts. Plus I get a lot of walking in. I’ve been prepping my dinner for weekends and cooking them in a mini portable oven I plug into my car, keeping my dinners healthy, and hot too. It’s really getting cold and raining here.Hoodie season! Now that I’m single again, I’ve been getting a little attention from the opposite sex, kinda like it, but going to enjoy being single for a bit I think.

Thanks slim, maintaining balance is the hard part. And finding time to sleep lol.. sometimes I just sleep in my car. Power naps. Still just trying to figure it all out like everyone else. We just got to stay positive and it’ll work itself out.
