How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I've started my weight loss and focus on health in about June of 2017.. I could say that I had done diets before but really.. I would try something for 2 weeks and then quite...I did that since the 8th GRADE when I knew I was over weight...I would spend hours and hours drawing out plans to excersize and lift weights.. then I would do it for a day or two and not look at the future. Since June 2017, I've been more focused and I had a ton of help from a health counselor and my relationship with my health. I took alot of lessons away from our 6 month weekly sessions. Best things I got out of it was. I'm not on a "Diet" for ever, this will end, I will be healthly for my self and the people that I value. IT TAKES A LONG TIME...cuz I got alot to lose... duh...um down 50lb and it's still a mental struggle but I'm way happier. Keep it going people...hitting it consistantly these next two weeks into the competition makes that last two weeks manageable...IVE WALKED BY DONUTS 4 TIMES ALREADY TODAY...OMG.. IM LOCKING MYSELF IN MY OFFICE. The PIC IS MY WEIGHT PROGRESS CHART FOR A YEAR. I used to weigh myself every day. Now it's about once every 2 or 3 days....I hit a "plateau" for a while...and that meant.. I was maintaining but I wasn't working twords weight loss. I needed a break.. I still track food and am mindfully in social situations. Not once yet has someone forced me to eat at a social function unless my grandma is there. We can do it.. I feel more motivated and WOW DID I WRITE ALOT.
