How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I own my corporation, I am in the dissertation phase of my PhD, I work 50-60 hours a week, and I spend 1-2 evenings a week at the boyfriend's. I had to figure out my highest energy workout (kickboxing or running) and do it in 45-minute doses. Sunrise, I'm at the lake. And I bring the dog with me to kill 2 birds. Its very very hard.

I’m a mom, a wife, and a teacher; in addition, I have some health issues that make recovery from strenuous workouts very difficult. I used to maintain my weight by running, but now I have to take a different approach because after a long day in the classroom, I do not have the fortitude to push myself to do a difficult workout. I’m working through my 4th step bet. On good days, I walk with my friend in the evening after the baby goes to bed. On other days, I walk in place in the living room with hand weights for 20-30 minutes. I try to park far away from everything, and I make an extra effort to circulate in my classroom or take the long way to the copy room. Sometimes, if the kids are working and I’ll even try to sneak in some lunges in the back of the classroom when no one is looking. Good luck! It’s certainly a process of trial error to fit it all in, but it’s also very possible!
