For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Well everyone this game has landed me at my half way point! 30lbs down since my start this spring and 30lbs (maybe a little more—we’ll see) to go! Now comes the REALLY hard part! I’ve been here before, and excited by my progress I have slacked off as a reward. Not this time! I started an Instagram account to keep me honest for the next half of this journey.     The Final Challenge is complete! But the journey towards our better health continues. This was not an easy challenge! Great job for pushing through you guys! Even if you weren't able to complete the challenge, the progress you're making towards your better health is always a win! I wish everyone the best with your final weigh-ins!

I just hit a huge NSV. When I first weighed in, it was after a walk with the family and I was wearing an XL tshirt that was tightish on me. Its actually too loose now to do the weigh in photo tomorrow. My husband's shirt (same shirt from work safe day lol) was a medium and it fits like the XL did a month ago.

One month. Thirty days. 2 cheat snacks and the rest of my food was no sugar added, lots of water = 18lbs gone. No crazy workouts. No starving. No shakes or pills.

Doing a 6-month diet bet too and feeling so ready for next spring and summer's paddle boarding season. I want muscles lol.
