How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Wow - that's a huge loss! What's your secret? What did you change?

Lisa

Whole 30 was a game changer for me...for 30 days cut out sugar, glutton, dairy, legumes....foods that are known to be inflammatory. The first 2-3 weeks are tough and I felt beat down but afterwards I felt awesome and better than I had ever felt. You then bring the foods back into your diet to see which ones are the troublemakers and from that decide if you want to keep them in your diet going forward. Weight loss is great, but my energy and improved mood have been what I am really excited about.
