How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I was terminated from my job today because of my missed absences including staying home with sick kids and dealing with my Fibro and migraine pain. I’m trying to look at the positive and know that I can now focus on myself and not on work. I can’t let this defeat me. I am such a perfectionist and think of myself as a failure too often. I’m not doing that this time. I am going to make this my motivation.

Oh man. Fibromyalgia can be such a bummer, but keep it positive, you’ll find a job that’s understanding of real life!! a fellow fibromyalgia warrior

It’s been a rough week. I thought I could be positive and try not to stress eat, but I have been so depressed. I probably won’t make weight this month, but I’m still going to work hard on my weight loss goal.
