  • A bowl of chili is one of my favorite autumn meals but my regular recipe has more carbs than I want to eat at this stage of my weight loss journey. I stumbled on a recipe by @lowcarbyum an autumn-inspired slow cooker low carb turkey chili and it is delicious comfort food in a bowl. Yum! 1/8 of the recipe is 252 calories and has about 25 grams of protein and 9 net carbs.

Is it without the beans? That's a beautiful bowl.

Ami Lynh - no beans, ground turkey is the protein and there’s a can of pumpkin in it to thicken it and add Vitamin A. I was nervous about serving it to guests but they all raved about it and asked for the recipe. Several of them went back for seconds.
