How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm toying with the idea of signing up for a 10k race in 13 weeks.
I think that is the best/only way to get off my butt and start regularly exercising. The couch to 10k program is made for someone like me. I just need to tweak it to be more gradual.
I STARTED today! Woo Woo!

Congratulations! That's what got me running before stroke, I was training for my first 5k. It got cancelled due to Florence, but I ran it virtually, 6 weeks to the day of my stroke.. goals are great motivators
