So close to goal I'm going to do everything I can to get there! I hear you Katy it is so hard to break those ingrain habits, I to have had days where I ate like I used to and it's amazing how awful your body feels after a binge and then you feel awful about yourself and it's a vicious cycle. I've learnt to focus not on beating myself up but on how bad my body feels when I've eaten certain food. So when I get a craving I think back to how that food either gave me a tummy ache or I needed to have a nana nap to digest it lol
