How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Encouraging reading your posts everyone! Let's have a great week!

This is just me, but I have found when I begin to get all off track and begin to pick up the habits that got me here in the first place, I have to just totally reset. I simplify my food plan and I get moving. No excuses. If there is a special occasion coming up, I decide before that day arrives just what I am willing to eat (or not). Recently went to my 5 year old grandaughter's birthday party and the food was off the hook! I ate protein and simple veggies and skipped all the stuff that I would normally have gorged on. Then I skipped the cake! By the time the cake came out, I was satisfied with the food I had already eaten and felt empowered to not have something that would likely set me up to say "well, I have blown it now. May as well keep going". The next day we went to Universal Studios and I decided before I passed through the gate that I would allow myself ONE cheat. I had it, enjoyed it, and then got right back on schedule the next day. I agree with what many have said. Weekends are not an excuse. Just need to wake up every day and make your mind up that you are worth it! I have already reached my goal for this challenge and have reset a personal goal to be down to be 2 pounds under goal by the end of challenge. Hang in there everyone! You can do this!!
