How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi team !!

I gained a lot of weight (30KG) and lost it all with one year of hard work... I gained it all back after the roughest year I had last year!! I’m now trying to get back on track.
I’m having a tough time and im in big need of inspiration ! You all seem to do a fantastic job !!

Could you please help and tell me what is your daily routine ? Like a regular diet Monday :)

1) Breakfast ?
2) snack ?
3) lunch ?
4) snack ?
5) dîner ?

Exercises ?

All the best

Also I’ve found it helps to pin point your major motivator and remember it in times of weakness. For me it’s my dad. He recently had a quadruple bypass after a minor heart attack. I want to not only do this with him to make it easier for him to start and maintain a long term healthier lifestyle but to fight my genetics and hopefully never have to go through that myself. Whenever someone brings donuts or pizza or whatever to the office I pull out my veggies and hummus to snack on while they eat it and just remember “I’m doing this for dad”. But it can be something as simple as wanting to feel confident in that dress in the back of your closet or being able to be physically fit enough to play with your kids longer or take that dream hiking vacation. And I don’t make myself feel bad anymore when other people “get” to eat “bad” foods and I don’t. They have been healthier overall and can afford that amazing looking piece of pizza. I’m on my own path! Food is fuel not a reward :)
