How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- I decided to change my life 13 weeks ago. I started Weight Watchers, started tracking and have been truly making an effort to eat healthy and stay active! My hard work is paying off. I have a long way to go, but I’m down 31.2lbs (the weight of my 2 year old!!) so far and I’m going to find every reason to stay motivated!
