How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I completely missed this goal. My 12-year old dog (Jake) died two weeks ago today. And then on Saturday, the vet discovered his brother (not biological - but a dog) of 11 years (Poncho) is dying. During the grief of losing my Jake I didn't eat my emotions and instead turned to exercise. But Saturday I had a massive breakdown and ate every emotion, thus missing my goal by a few pounds. It's okay - it's Monday and a chance to start over.

  • I'm so sorry. We lost our sweet terrier mutt Max last spring, and it put me into a bit of a funk--I worked a lot and ate a lot and didn't really exercise much. Just take care of yourself and don't beat yourself up for it. Hang in there and enjoy all the time you have with little Poncho.

So sorry Allison... Let yourself grieve, but don't forget to take card of yourself ...
