  • TransformationTuesday! I started actually making and sticking to getting healthier May 2018. My weight was 249 (maybe more some days but I chose to ignore those days) and the breaking point was when I couldn't fit on my favorite roller coaster anymore. I was embarrassed and crying because I had to get up and leave since I couldn't buckle. I could maybe walk a mile. I started walking, eating less and drinking elevate coffee (I don't sell just use) and it started coming off. By October I started doing spin 2 days a week and still losing. This picture was the other day. I ran 3 miles nonstop for the second time ever (first time was about 4 years ago). Today, I weigh 183, with still plenty to go. (The picture is a bit deceiving because leggings are amazing lol). I also ran a whole 5k in 33 min 17 seconds (1 min 30 sec faster than last month) without walking one step!! Next running goal is 5k under 30 min! I also eat many more veggies which is huge for me because I'm the pickiest eater ever!!
