I have been experimenting with riced cauliflower to replace rice, and the flour in pizza crust and tortillas. Does anyone have any good cauliflower recipes to share?

Pizza crust

Ingredients

1 medium head of cauliflower (6″ – 7″ wide or 2.5-3 lbs) or 5-6 cups of store bought cauliflower rice
1 egg, large
1 tsp Italian seasoning (dried oregano or basil)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese, grated/shredded

This a recipe I have used repeatedly with great results. Make sure to squeeze all liquid out as it says. I use a clean towel (I didn’t have cheesecloth)

I haven’t had success with the rice, but I had cauliflower gnocchi and the seasoning made all the difference. (It was pre-made though.)
