I’ve been the same weight for 10 weeks!! Eat more, eat less, exercise more, exercise less...same weight. My body knows how bad I want to see onederland and it’s messing with me.

Biking Syl you are so great for taking time to try and help.
I could always sleep more and stress less. No stress more than the usual. I’m a high school teacher, mom, and caregiver for my post transplant husband. So, no stress at all right? I did track my calories a few days and they were low so I added some things in. The scale is OK. I have increased my exercise so that may play a role. I’m OK with just keeping on because I know the increased exercise is a benefit. I’m waiting another little bit and then I’ll examine again.
