Endless treadmill, water, veggies, but still not gonna make it. I think my over-50 hormones are just not cooperating. ☹ 25 years ago this would've been so easy.

Not sure how close you are to your goal, but I find these 4 week games very challenging, and extremely hard to do back to back. Sometimes need to tweak what you are doing, change from treadmill to something else, change from veggies to proteins. I did just what you did a few years ago and got good results with veggies and treadmill, and last year wasn't getting the results, tried the Fast Diet, where you alternate regular and low calorie days, worked for about 6 months and then I switched back to hiking and more traditional target calorie range daily and more veggies. Good luck with slow and steady progress, a few extra weeks is still great results!
