How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Was gonna go to the gym but after an hour of making boodles (butternut squash noodles ;p) with this spiralizer, I'm sweating and my arms are shaking with fatigue lmao! I kid, I'm still going to the gym, but dannnnng. That should really be considered a workout.

On another note, I'm truly stunned at how quickly I already feel better not eating sugar again and exercising. My brain feels so clear, I don't feel tired, and I'm excited to weigh in on Friday. I have a good feeling..

Ha, that is awesome! Way to go on ditching sugar and exercising. Cutting sugar is so difficult but really makes a difference. You've got this!
