Here's a great way to make the most of your nutrition during this bet. Keep your meals balanced. I like to make sure I have carbs (yellow), fruit (purple) and a healthy fat (blue or tsp) for breakfast, protein (red), veggies (green), carbs (yellow) for lunch and protein (red), veggies (green) for dinner. The colors represent my portion control container system. I mix and match the rest of my containers throughout the day. Mixing and matching your macro nutrients insures yo are staying well balanced & getting all the vitamins & minerals that you need.

I love the perfect bars as well! However, I use the food containers only as a guide for what I should be eating and how much. I don’t measure out every meal to the containers.
