For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight.     One of my coaches is diving into 80 Day Obsession this week but she’s having a hard time with the timed nutrition for her very long work days a 4am start!

    This is her schedule on plan B

    Her toughest challenge is the workout block window - she’s very hungry and almost 4 hrs go by between working out and eating meal 1.

    Also she eats dinner at 8 bc that’s when hubby gets home and baby has been fed and put to sleep.

    Since her days are so long, Would you foresee the longer stretches of time vs what you recommend between meals hindering her progress?

    Is the growling belly for meal 1 ok or should she go to plan C? Problem with plan C is it adds a green, red, yellow and spoon but in the latter half of the day...

    As you can see we’re looking at all scenarios but afraid to mix up the setup you’re recommending for fear of screwing up the process!!

Do you recommend timed nutrition for 21dfx or the portion control that came with the program before timed nutrition came out? I'm wondering what to do for my next round!
