Happy New Year!!! It’s the fresh to a brand new year. I would say 365 new opportunities await but it’s so much more than that. There are opportunities in every moment of every day. You have the CHOICE to pick food that fuels you, you have the CHOICE to exercise, you have the CHOICE to do something each day that brings you joy and fulfillment so choose wisely. You might be feeling a little off today from the last week of holiday eating and drinking so let’s choose today to do some things that will make us feel better.
1. Let’s get hydrated, start drinking your water. 1/2 your body weight in oz today and every day.

2. Let’s start our day with nourishing food that fuels us. Pick a healthy breakfast and let’s see what your having. Post a pic.

3. Let’s move our bodies. I know today is typically a day of relaxing, football, food and family& friends. But you can CHOOSE to take some time for you and get your workout in so let’s do it. Post your sweaty selfie.
