  • Happy Monday and first official day of Pumpkin Patch Pump-Up - Win a Fall NatureBox! Please note we will draw for the Nature box next Monday ( I wish I could give each of you one).

    I am not much of a morning person and find Mondays especially hard. I like to plan my week ahead for walks, yoga, water classes and family time. All the things to look forward to!

I hate Mondays! I try to hop out of bed & jump in the shower real quick. The hot water energized me & make me feel better.

I just decided this week it doesn’t matter what day it is or what’s going on I MUST get up and get my workout in. Day 3 and no morning struggles so far!
