How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm so frustrated with myself! Yesterday morning I was under my goal weight. I had a busy morning so figured I would just weigh in this morning. Now I am up a pound over my goal. Geesh. I had a good day yesterday too so thought I would have actually taken off a few more ounces. I almost always gain as the day proceeds so I will be stunned if I actually make it back to my goal weight by the deadline. GRRRRRRR!

This is going to be a really tough Christmas for you, for sure. I can only imagine how much sadness you must feel after losing your mom. It must be heartbreaking. I think you’re wise to focus on family and taking care of yourself rather than weighing in this season. Family is so important! I wish you all the best for the holidays.
