How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Any fun plans for today? Be sure to share them, share pictures! We like to get to know you and make some friends! It's fun - I've made some awesome friends in the Stepbets and Dietbets - I hope you do as well. BTW, are you in our next StepBet Join up Step.Bet/FWL We officially start Monday! (FWLTurkey)

    Our challenge today is to step it up a bit and go for 11000 steps (or your tracker's goal plus 1000 - comment that number)  - you in?? Don't forget, tomorrow is our first giveaway - it's based on the challenges from the week - you won't know which ones until tomorrow so try to do as many as you can

    Don't forget this IS a DietBet so we need to stay true to our diets - plus, it's a lifestyle (not a start and end diet) so this should be our new norm. It's balance - it's not perfection - if you go off track it's OK you just get back on track. A slice of pizza (or in my case, 3....) won't derail you unless you let it. It's what happens AFTER you go off track that determines where you'll go. Because everyone indulges at some point (during the DietBet we'd like to keep those to a minimum) but people are still successful - super successful actually when they realize it's all part of the plan. As long as you go right back to your daily goals, you'll be fine. Don't let a treat meal turn in to a treat day or weekend or week! Just let it be what it is, no guilt, no worries, you'll be fine!

Forgot to check in earlier but my step goal was at least 11k and I surpassed it! I’m doing well this week and have turned over an organizational leaf. Cleaning always makes me happier but anxiety can really get in the way

Didn't achieve my steps goal today. It was cold and I didn't get outside and go for a walk. I also didn't go to the rec center. Ate on plan and learned about a be healthy option for cauliflower stuffing. I love Pinterest.
