  • Haven't reached the 11,000 step goal yet but almost there and today is not over yet! But doing good on the eating. Trying to eat foods that will boost my metabolism! Keeping a food journal to help...i am open for any suggestions as I am at my plateau, and have been for awhile that is why I joined the dietbet to see if I can accomplish getting past this weight I am stuck at!!

If you want to boost metabolism you may accomplish that faster with workouts (hiit, lifting) also the IF (intermittent fasting) can be extended from 12:12 to 14:10 or 16:8 (16 hours fast, 8 hours eating window)
