How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Here we go... heading into yet another Holiday weekend!

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE the Holidays and I absolutely adore anything that includes getting family together..

The concern arises because with every gathering comes ALL the food, drinks, and temptations! Am I right or what?

It's so easy to eat clean and stay on the right track when it's just not around but put that plate of cookies in front of me and "Houston..we have a serious problem!"

So today... before we head into whatever holiday festivities we have planned I want you all to take a couple minutes and make a plan!

Plan out your next few days.. Prep some healthy options.. Know what you will eat and stay on track so you can allow yourself to have that little treat at the gathering.

Don't go all out and eat like crap all weekend.. Don't throw all your hard work away. But allow yourself a little grace to enjoy life with those that matter most!

Here are a few tips to stay on track over the Holiday!!
