  • Week 1 meal plan. Remember these are just for those that want it. You don’t have to eat this. You can pick and choose if you need! A few tips to remember, I make all of these as low carb as possible! My fav shakes are premier protein bc they have low carb and high protein. Eating at home and a restaurant are totally diff. Eating a salad made at home will always be less calories than one from any restaurant. Try not to eat after 8pm. Never skip breakfast. Eat protein at every meal to feel full longer. Drink a full glass of water with each meal. Plan your snacks. Don’t just eat crap around 3 pm. Know that you will get hungry ever 2-3 hours and have a healthy snack available!
