For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Has anyone tried a keto diet?? Diets don’t usually work for me, i currently eat lots of fruits and veggies and cut meat/carbs down to a minimum which has helped me loose weight when I do it ... but my boyfriend is doing a dietbet at his job and he read something about keto diets being really good???? And said you gotta eat cheese and meat LOL. (I feel like I would getting fatter on this diet) So i just wanted to ask if y’all have tried it and if it showed good outcomes?! Thanks!

I haven’t done that but I’ve done Optavia and it’s helped me lose 70 lbs since February with more energy! I’ve loved it so much that I started coaching people. You work with a free health coach, eat 6 times a day and drink water and it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. Let me know if you want more info!
