This is my first DietBet. I joined because I thrive with challenging myself and am hoping this will help me stay motivated to go the distance after a long day. I weigh more than I ever have. I’m a few years shy of 50. I have a high stress career and sit most of the day. This is all about improving my self care and taking time for me. Looking forward to the journey.

I’m also at a job where I sit all day. I’m working on taking lots of breaks where I get up and walk around! And I’m on the third floor so I’m trying to do some stairs in my breaks
